Our seasonal menu goes live next week, and we couldn't be more excited to share what our development team has been working on. From innovative new dishes to refreshed classics, there's something for everyone to enjoy this Spring.

Breakfast

Our homemade classic granola returns, paired with a tangy plum compote —perfect for early morning meetings.

Sandwiches & Wraps

Introducing the Vegan Hoisin No Duck Wrap (featuring shiitake mushrooms) and the irresistible Jerk Chicken Wrap with homemade pickled red cabbage.

Dessert

Our take on the classic Red Velvet Cake is simply gorgeous and not to be missed!

Canapés

Indulge in our Hot Smoked Salmon Crostini - close your eyes, and you’ll be transported to a picturesque fishing port in the Scottish Isles.

Raising a Glass to Sustainability!

We’re thrilled to announce that from 1st February, Eden will be launching the award-winning range from Toast Brewing. Crafted using surplus bread that would otherwise go to waste, Toast Beers are a perfect pairing for our mission to reduce food waste and support sustainable practices.

Welcome Pedro!

This month, we’re excited to introduce our new Senior Event Sales Coordinator, Pedro! We sat down with him for a quick Q&A to get to know the newest addition to the Eden team.
 

Hi Pedro! Can you tell us a bit about yourself?
Of course! I was born and raised in Brazil, with my mother’s family from Portugal and my father’s from Brazil. I left Brazil when I was 18 - almost 10 years ago now! Outside of work, I’m a movie buff, passionate about extreme sports, and I try to hit the gym at least five days a week to stay active.

What’s your role at Eden, and what does it involve?
I’ve joined the team as Senior Event Sales Coordinator. My role involves working closely with clients to understand their event needs and ensuring our sustainable catering solutions align perfectly with their vision. From initial inquiries to event execution, I’m here to make things seamless. I also collaborate with our internal teams to deliver exceptional service while keeping sustainability at the forefront.

What’s the most memorable event you’ve worked on?
One standout event for me was the Fuel Ventures Pitch event at 22 Bishopsgate in 2023. It was an amazing opportunity to host entrepreneurs and investors, and the energy was electric. With over 350 attendees, it was the largest event I’ve coordinated, and being the main point of contact made it even more rewarding.

What do you enjoy most about working in events?
I love the dynamic nature of the events industry. Every event is different, with unique challenges and opportunities, so I’m always learning and growing. Creating memorable experiences and expanding my network is what I enjoy most.

Do you have a favourite food item?
While I love Brazilian classics like Feijoada or a hearty steak, my ultimate favourite dish is Eggs Benedict! There’s nothing better than perfectly poached eggs, crispy bacon, hollandaise sauce, and English muffins on a Sunday morning - completely irresistible!
