International Food & Drink Event
This week we were at the International Food & Drink Event supporting our Executive Head Chef Adrian Collischon who took part in “The Great British Kitchen”. The Great British Kitchen brought together the very best regional food that the country has to offer. Featuring demonstrations from great British chefs using locally sourced products, there was huge emphasis on food provenance. Adrian Collischon was there demonstrating with his "Feasting" theme . The menu included Quail Scotch Eggs, Thyme & Red Onion Marmalade Sausage Rolls and Lemon & Thyme Whole Butter Roast Chicken with Roasted Roots.
